Dr. Kareim Khalafalla is a Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at the College of Medicine, Qatar University, and serves as the Communication Committee Chair for the Middle East Society of Sexual Medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree with Honors from Ain Shams University in 2010 and completed his Urology residency at Hamad General Hospital in 2018. This was followed by a two-year clinical and research fellowship specializing in Andrology and Male Infertility at HMC, Qatar. In July 2022, he concluded an Andrology fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago in the United States. Continuing his journey, in August 2023, he completed a Sexual Medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science & MD Anderson Cancer Center. Additionally, in May 2023, he earned the prestigious title of “Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM)” after being designated by the European Union of Medical Specialists to join the Multidisciplinary Joint Committee of Sexual Medicine.
